1. Who we are and how to contact us
Greece With Ease operates this website and handles the enquiries submitted through it. For privacy questions or requests, email info@greecewithease.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
This policy covers the public website and initial enquiry. If you later enter a separate service agreement or provide application documents, we will explain any additional handling of your information before collecting those documents.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, preferred work sector, relevant experience, optional qualification selection and acknowledgement of the enquiry contact notice.
- Correspondence: information you choose to include when you email, call or message us, together with the date and details of our replies.
- Technical information: an essential session identifier used to protect the enquiry form. Our hosting provider may also record IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, timestamps and errors in server or security logs.
The public form does not accept document uploads or payments. Please do not send passport scans, identity documents, bank details or sensitive medical information through the initial enquiry or an unsolicited message.
3. Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your work background, explain relevant employer requirements and arrange any follow-up you request. We also use limited technical information to operate the website, protect the form and investigate delivery or security problems.
Your initial enquiry is a request for a response, not a subscription to advertising. We do not use it to sign you up for unrelated marketing, sell your contact information or make a solely automated decision about your employment or visa eligibility.
Where a legal basis is required
Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, handling an enquiry may be necessary to take steps you request before entering a contract. Website security and management of ordinary business correspondence may be based on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. We rely on a legal obligation where we must keep or disclose information by law. Where we ask for consent for a separate purpose, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while we respond to your request and complete any follow-up you have asked for. When an enquiry closes and there is no agreed ongoing service, we review whether the correspondence is still needed and delete or anonymise information that no longer has a business or legal purpose.
If records are needed for a complaint, legal claim or a statutory record-keeping obligation, relevant records may be kept until that matter or obligation ends. Records for a separately agreed paid service are subject to its applicable retention requirements. Server logs and backup copies follow the hosting and email providers’ retention and deletion cycles. You may contact us to ask what records remain in relation to your enquiry.
7. Security and your responsibilities
The form uses server-side validation and an anti-forgery token. We limit the information requested at the enquiry stage and do not store submissions in a website applicant database. Successful enquiries are sent to the configured business inbox. Our website and communications still depend on appropriately secured hosting, email accounts and access controls; no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Only send information you are entitled to share. Tell us if your contact details change, and contact us promptly if you believe a message claiming to be from us is suspicious.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can ask us to correct an enquiry, stop optional follow-up or explain how your information has been used. Where applicable data-protection law provides these rights, you may also request access, deletion, restriction, a portable copy of information or object to certain uses. These rights can be subject to lawful limits, including record-keeping or legal-claim requirements.
Email info@greecewithease.com to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing records. We do not require payment for an ordinary privacy request and will respond within the period required by the law that applies.
If you are concerned about our response, you can complain to the competent data-protection or privacy regulator where that right applies, including the relevant supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or the alleged infringement. You do not have to contact us before exercising a legal right to complain.
9. Young visitors
Our enquiry service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not submit information through the form if you are under 18. If you believe a child’s information has been provided, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or information-handling arrangements change. The date above identifies the current version. Where a material change requires a further notice or consent, we will provide it before using information for that new purpose.
See our Terms & Conditions for the scope of the enquiry service, payment information and application responsibilities.
